Job Description:

The RVFix Inside Sales Intern supports membership growth by conducting outbound sales and customer retention outreach. This role focuses on re-engaging former customers, recovering lost opportunities, and converting RV owners into RVFix members. The intern will also assist the intake team by answering overflow calls during peak periods and helping guide customers toward the best service solution. This in-office role provides hands-on experience in inside sales, customer retention, and subscription-based business operations. Pay: hourly base variable component based on conversions Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Customer Retention Drive RVFix membership growth through proactive outreach and customer engagement Responsibilities Contact customers who have cancelled RVFix memberships and currently have no card on file Identify reasons for cancellation and present solutions to encourage reactivation Assist customers in updating payment information and reactivating their membership Call customers who submitted leads but were marked as “Bought Elsewhere” and introduce RVFix membership benefits Educate RV owners on the value of RVFix membership including repair support, service guidance, and ongoing RV ownership assistance Convert qualified prospects into active RVFix members Record call outcomes, notes, and customer feedback in internal systems Goal: Recover lost memberships, convert previously lost leads, and grow RVFix membership sales Customer Retention & Feedback Help identify trends and opportunities to improve customer retention Document common reasons for membership cancellations or declined offers Provide insights on customer concerns, pricing objections, or service expectations Share feedback with the RVFix team to improve membership experience and retention strategies Goal: Improve long-term customer retention and strengthen the RVFix value proposition Skills & Qualifications Currently working towards an associate or bachelor's degree Interest in sales, customer engagement, or business operations Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections Organized with attention to detail Coachable and motivated to learn Ability to pass a background and drug test Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions Success Metrics Membership reactivations New memberships sold Lead recovery conversions Customer engagement and call activity Accurate documentation of customer interactions Who we are Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
