Sales Representative – Residential Services Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $50,000 – $120,000/year (base salary uncapped commission — the
better you are, the more you earn) Schedule: Monday through Friday,
full-time (no nights, no weekends unless you want to make more)

closing new leads, upselling existing customers, and building
strong relationships within a designated territory. Deliver
customized solutions through home and property inspections and
ensure customer satisfaction by providing full-service pest control
proposals and maintaining high standards of professionalism and
safety. Key Contributions • Develop and execute a territory sales
plan to generate and close new business. • Conduct complete
property inspections to assess customer needs and identify
appropriate services. • Prepare, present, and close service
proposals for residential and commercial customers. • Fully own the
end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring tight coordination with operations
to schedule, launch, and execute all sold services, while driving
timely payment and supporting collections efforts. • Grow revenue
by upselling additional services to existing customers. • Prospect,
follow up on leads, and build relationships within the assigned
territory and community. • Clearly communicate service value and
recommend full-service solutions to customers. • Maintain accurate
sales documentation and records. • Maintain assigned sales vehicle,
equipment, and tools in safe, clean, working condition. •
Participate in required sales meetings, training, and ongoing
development. • Operate safely and in compliance with driving laws,
PPE requirements, and company policies. • Support other business
initiatives as assigned. Success Metrics • Meet monthly and
quarterly new business and upsell sales targets. • Maintain =98%
accuracy in proposals, contracts, and sales documentation. •
Respond to =95% of new leads within same day or 24-hour
service-level agreements. • Meet weekly activity targets (e.g.,
proposals submitted, follow-ups completed). • Respond to =95% of
customer issues or escalations within 24 hours with zero repeat
escalations. Growth Impact • Accelerates revenue capture by

Protects compliance through accurate background checks and
adherence to hiring standards. • Drives scalability by building
repeatable, efficient recruiting processes for high-volume
frontline roles. • Strengthens culture and retention by ensuring
hiring quality and responsiveness that reinforce trust in CERTUS
leadership and systems Capabilities & Strengths • Collaboration and
communication: Effectively partner with customers, team members,
and managers to meet client expectations and resolve issues. •
Problem-solving and judgment: Employ sound sales strategies,
troubleshoot customer needs, and make decisions to close sales and
maintain customer satisfaction. • Leadership behaviors and cultural
alignment: Demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, and
responsiveness in all sales activities. Requirements: Required
Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of
proven driving experience. • Successful completion of 30-day
initial training (classroom and field) and earning minimum required
monthly sales KPIs. • Ability to pass a seven-year criminal
background check, substance abuse testing, and three-year motor
vehicle report. Preferred Qualifications • Prior sales experience.
• Experience working in multi-state, high-growth, or field-based
environments. • Advanced certifications or specialized knowledge in
