Details for the Work From Home Customer Service Agent:

Pay: $19.50 an hour
Hours of operation: Monday - Saturday 6:00AM - 9:00PM MST
Training Schedule: (first 6 weeks): Monday - Friday!

    - Answering incoming calls for new and existing customers
    - Developing and maintaining rapport with customers
    - Providing policy quotes
    - Discussing new policies, policy modifications, bundling options, cancellations, to suit each individual customer needs Qualifications for the Work From Home Customer Service Agent:
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office and other electronic application environments
      - Must be available to work on Saturdays!
      - Call center experience is preferred!
      - Minimum of six months customer service experience required
