Job Description The Healthcare Customer Service Representative is responsible for securing information from patients, guardians, attorneys and/or auto insurance carriers. Additionally, a Customer Service Representative must keep meticulous records of activities and gathered information in our proprietary database. All contacts with anyone outside the company will be summarized in an auto date and time stamped note for each encounter. Healthcare Customer Service Representatives are expected to have experience using a computer. Good communication skills are necessary to converse with patients or insurance companies. On the job training also provided. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience Prefer call center and data entry experience, can be entry level with basic office computer skills. Shifts Day shift only. 8AM to 4:30PM Part time day shifts also available. Flexible hours for parents with children. This is not a remote position. Benefits Subsidized health, dental and vision insurance 1st of the month after 30 days of employment, 401K plan, 401K matching, paid holidays (determined by company), PTO, lunches and paid breaks.
