Job DescriptionPosition Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our Agency has been around for 11 years. We have a small team that works very closely with one another. We pride ourselves in our low Lapse/Can ratios and taking good care of our customers. We are looking to add to that team. We seek an licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
