Join us and help shape the future!--Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities. This role serves as a vital link between departments, ensuring efficient communication, resource allocation, and workflow to meet project deadlines and quality standards.--Who You Are:--Detail Oriented: Must be able to focus on small but crucial aspects of tasks to ensure accuracy and quality.--People-person: Must be able to communicate with anyone who is part of the JTS team.----Self Starter: You must take initiative on what needs to be done next, and get it done!--Key Responsibilities:--Coordinate daily production operations.--Communicate with internal teams and external customers to ensure alignment and timely execution.--Print shop books and individual pages.--Conduct morning rounds to touch base with all supervisors/leads for daily goals.--Handle several different reports to communicate to the production and management teams.--Facilitate and create agendas for weekly meetings regarding progress in production.--Help production communicate to engineering standards of drawings as well as what jobs are needed when scheduling.--Communicate production needs to whoever needs to provide information or work to accomplish the schedule.----Facilitate engraving of--phenolics and UL labels, as well as various laminating and--stickers.--Other job-related duties as assigned.----------Qualifications & Experience:-----Associates degree or equivalent experience in a production support role. (Preferred)-----Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.--Proficient in Microsoft Office.--Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.-----Ability to work on their feet for an 8-10 hour shift.-----Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.-----------Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.-----Ability to pass a background check and drug screening-----At JTS, we take pride in producing high-quality, American-made---products while providing a workplace where employees can thrive.
