JOB OVERVIEW:



As a Vehicle Wrap Installer at Image360, you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality vinyl wraps on a variety of vehicles, including fleet vehicles, cars, trucks, and trailers. Your role will involve surface preparation, precise application of vinyl graphics, and ensuring a flawless, professional finish.



This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a team setting, and a commitment to delivering top-notch results. While prior experience in vehicle wraps or vinyl application is preferred, we may be willing to train the right candidate who has prior sign/graphics installation experience and is eager to learn and grow in the industry.

COMPENSATION:

$25 - $32 hourly + PTO and 100% company-paid health, dental, vision, life benefits

Responsibilities:
--- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning the vehicle, removing small parts like door handles, taillights, and mirrors.
--- Apply vinyl wraps and graphics to various vehicles, including cars, trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles.
--- Ensure precision and quality in alignment, trimming, and finishing to create a seamless, professional look.
--- Remove old wraps or graphics safely without damaging vehicle surfaces.
--- Work with the design team and project managers to understand job specifications and meet client expectations.
--- Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as heat guns, squeegees, and cutting tools.
--- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring no bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment.
--- Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
--- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
--- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures to prevent damage to vehicles or materials.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
--- 2+ years of prior vehicle wrap experience.
--- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
--- Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands for smooth application.
--- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
--- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
--- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
--- Comfortable working with tools such as heat guns, squeegees, cutting knives & tools.
--- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
--- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
--- Wrap Installer Certification from 3M, Avery, or a similar company.
--- Knowledge of different vinyl types and application techniques.
--- Familiarity with design files and basic measuring skills.
--- Experience with large-format printing and cutting equipment.
