for this transformation. --The SAP Practice at Simplot is
responsible for creating solutions within the new S/4 HANA
landscape to support our company's dynamic global needs. --Each
team member will contribute to building solutions by utilizing the
vast array of SAP products to support our business objectives. --We
are currently looking for an innovative and driven Functional
Analyst for the Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) space to join the
existing team and contribute to all future business objectives.
This position will work closely with a system integrator who will
be leading us through the design and implementation of PLM. The
Functional Analyst will play an integral role in guiding and
partnering with these external resources to help ensure the
solution is in alignment with our internal standards. --The
Functional Analyst will also ensure the designed solution meets the
business needs by actively participating in the design,
configuration, and testing of the solution. --Following go-live,
the Functional Analyst will be responsible for the run state and
ongoing support and enhancements.Key Responsibilities
Guide and participate in configuring
the PLM functionalityEnsure the consultants/external team members
of your process area follow program expectationsRepresent your
process area in design and build sessions and
solutioningParticipate and contribute to daily stand-up meetings
with a small agile development team in a quest to rapidly deploy
new solutions on the S/4 platform.Utilize agile methodologies for
continuous delivery of solutions.-- Rapid deployment and validation
of solution components is a must.Design, configure, and test
developed solutions and collaborate with agile team peers on the
scope of the solution.Participate in continuous discovery of new
solutions that will utilize the SAP Product Suite already procured
by Simplot.Typical Education
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or
universityRelevant Experience
2+ Years of proven experience as an
SAP Functional Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or IT System Analyst
in relation to product lifecycle management processes is
required.Proven knowledge of the SAP Fiori elements and how to
drive standardization and re-utilization of elements in a quest to
develop a common UX repository is preferred. Working knowledge of
the new Fiori tools is preferred.S/4 HANA experience is preferred
(1809,1909, 2020, 2022).Good understanding of various integration
patterns between SAP products and non-SAP products and when to
utilize these patterns when enabling a business process is
preferred. Good understanding of the development lifecycle
utilization of SAP Solution Manager and how it will be utilized in
a Dev/Ops environment is preferred.Understanding of Agile
methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe is preferred.Excellent
troubleshooting and verbal and written communication skills is
required.Good understanding of standards, guidelines, and best
practices to be used during--development is required. Other
