You will create tickets for customer issues and assess impact and priority. This includes working directly on appropriate level issues and escalating higher level or urgent issues. You will be responsible for break/fix tickets, hardware provisioning, and maintenance tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer calls and emails.- Create tickets for customer issues.- Respond to break/fix tickets, hardware provisioning, and maintenance tasks.- Respond to printer install and management tasks.- Trouble-shoot network issues.- Provide training to end users.
Requirements- Your skillset includes Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and PC hardware. - You have 0-5 years experience with Windows software and PC hardware troubleshooting.- You are skilled at explaining technical problems and issues succinctly and clearly.- You have a passion for learning and growing as an IT professional.
