Hiring a NetSuite Administrator at an Award-Winning Company in Meridian, ID POSITION: Full-time, Exempt LOCATION: Meridian, Idaho SALARY: $70,249+ DOE, annually DEADLINE: Open until filled Northwest Lineman College (NLC) is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, crucial to empowering the company by providing functional expertise and contributing to improvement and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that NetSuite functionality is optimized to meet the evolving needs of the business and users are fully equipped with the training and knowledge to effectively work with the NetSuite environment. The NetSuite Administrator serves as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and analysis. What you ll be doing: Assist in the implementation, daily maintenance, and system enhancements of ERP system Participate in the development of long-term NetSuite strategies informed by business goals Work with technical resources to develop, test, and document software in order to implement, maintain, and enhance the operational system Work with cross-functional teams to enhance functionality and integrations Analyze information problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions Perform ongoing maintenance functions for NetSuite systems according to a regular schedule Develop effective reporting tools needed to support the business unit information requirements Prepare technical reports, simulations, and instructional manuals to document systems development Establish application configurations, standards, guidelines, and quality assurance for systems development deliverables, such as conceptual design, usability, external data interface requirements, data loading, maintenance plans, and security policy Provide NetSuite reports and dashboards based on requirements of Executive staff and other stakeholders Define, implement, and oversee a comprehensive regression test execution approach for all NetSuite upgrades Work with IT team and other stakeholders supporting required data/information requests Develop effective reporting tools needed to support the business unit information Commit to lifelong learning through continual improvement, researching/studying disciplines relevant to this position The success patterns for this position are: Bachelor s degree in information technology, business/operations analysis or related field (master s degree preferred) Minimum of five (5) years experience in related position OR a combination of education and experience NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred Experience with designing, maintaining and implementing ERP systems, particularly advanced understanding of the NetSuite platform Ability to work independently to complete projects with tight deadlines and track multiple projects simultaneously High level of professionalism, including flexible thinking, sound judgment, and logical problem solving Ability to remain productive while dealing with frequent interruptions and changing priorities The successful candidate will have the following personal characteristics: A keen eye for detail coupled with exquisite follow-through skills A high standard of friendly customer service Highly adaptable and intrinsically positive-minded A self-starter, driven by a standard of excellence in short, you will embody the NLC spirit!
