SUPERVISED BY: Kitchen Manager SCHEDULE: Must be able to work
weekendsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Some restaurant experience is
preferred but not required. WHAT YOU WILL DO: In using the dish
machine and hand washing our Dishwashers enjoy and take pride in
creating a sparkling clean dish that we will use to serve beautiful
plates of food. They maintain a high level of food safety
consciousness and ensure that the area around them is maintained as
a clean, safe and sanitary environment. Sort, sanitize, rinse and
dry dirty dishes to make clean. Sort and stack clean dishes.
Carries clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas.
Change dishwater in dish machine. Wash pots, pans and trays by
hand. Remove trash and garbage to dumpster. Set up and break down
dishwashing area. Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing
solutions. Sweep/mop floors to maintain a dry and non-slip
environment Notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle
falls below safety standard temperatures. Required to follow all
safety procedures to ensure personal safety from potential hazards.
Other duties as assigned as it relates to the team environment and
dishwashing. Reliable; consistently at work and on time. PHYSICAL
