As an Ice Cream Scooper at Negranti Creamery, you will need to maintain the high company standards of a positive work environment. Ensure that all customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and customer service is quick, efficient and friendly. Ensure that all products and merchandise are displayed effectively to help maximize sales and profitability. Maintain the high company standards of a positive work environment. -Our ideal candidate is someone who can present our frozen treats to each customer with a friendly attitude while educating the customers on Sheep's milk and the nutritional benefits.
Cleanliness and Shop ManagementBright, clean, easily navigated -Modern yet timeless -Comfortable, Warm, Welcoming (The smell of fresh waffle cones being made wafting through the air)Beautiful -Organize and maintain store appearanceMaintain a neat uniform, counter, and welcome areasRestock bowls, cones, and toppings behind the counterRestock napkins and spoons for customersWipe down surfaces in between customersAssist with other tasks as neededReliability -Clean the store on a regular basisCapable of lifting up to 40 pounds regularlyAdhere to company policies -
