The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in designing and executing a robust Talent Acquisition Program. This full-time onsite role involves full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent. • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and manage recruitment plans, refine employer branding, and create succession plans. Build a pipeline of candidates and handle full-cycle recruitment efficiently.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to EEO laws and regulations.
• Compensation & Benefits: Analyze market trends for salaries and benefits, and recommend competitive compensation packages.
• Talent Management: Forecast workforce needs, create job postings, manage the interview process, and negotiate offers.
• Learning & Development: Foster a learning culture and support career development and training.
• HRIS & Reporting: Manage the recruiting platform, maintain a candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.
