We are currently seeking a positive and upbeat Loan Processing Assistant for our growing mortgage brokerage. Possessing high attention to detail is key for this role. Plus, we will help you reach your financial goals, start your application today!Compensation:$18 - $21 hourlyResponsibilities:Review new files when received and order all appropriate documents, including title work, appraisal, vesting payoffs, and hazard insuranceFollow up on these documents to ensure timely delivery and accuracyLock interest ratesSend out federal disclosures for borrowers to sign electronicallyCollect and organize necessary documents from borrowers for the underwriting processWork closely with mortgage processors to help each file get to closing as soon as possibleProvide quality customer service by answering questions for external and internal customers in a timely and professional mannerQualifications:Has the ability to work in-office, at our Eagle, ID locationExcellent customer service with strong verbal and written communicationProject a professional image and collaborate with others to accomplish goals and demand deadlinesKnowledge and use of Microsoft Office productsPrevious experience in mortgage processing, real estate, or escrow is a plus but not requiredAbout CompanyAt Northwest Processors, we have a passion for helping clients fulfill their dream of homeownership.Northwest Processing provides loan processing services to mortgage brokers and loan officers.
