Responsibilities:
--- Lock rates
--- Send out disclosures
--- Request and gather appropriate paperwork for underwriting
--- Follow-up effectively with clients
--- Submit files to underwriting
--- Quickly clear conditions and move a file to closing
--- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude throughout the process
--- Help clients have a smooth closing
--- Serve as a liaison between borrowers mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to support loan approval
--- Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close

Qualifications:
--- Ability to commute to the Eagle, ID office location (this isa remote position, this is an in-office position)
--- Experience in processing is a must
--- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse
--- Self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic environment implementing systems and processes
--- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
--- Takes initiative, is highly independent, and is able to work under limited supervision
--- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, working under timelines and deadlines
--- Detail-focused, systems-oriented, and able to prioritize accordingly
--- Solution-oriented and anticipates needs, service-focused
--- Approach duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, honesty, loyalty, and integrity
--- Technologically savvy, able to learn new programs quickly, forward-thinking
