Responsibilities:
--- Collaborate with loan processor and loan officer or funder from origination to close to ensure loan closing
--- Make certain of loan compliance for all state and federal regulations, as well as mortgage lending/ investor product and program guidelines and policies
--- Close loan files by collecting necessary documentation and reviewing loan package
--- Review all closing conditions are satisfied and executed according to closing instructions
--- Keep the loan calendar up to date with active mortgage closings

Qualifications:
--- Ability to commute to the Eagle, ID office location (this isa remote position, this is an in-office position)
--- Extremely organized, with great time management and analysis skills is preferred
--- Familiarity with loan products such as Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA; as well as knowledge of mortgage industry regulations from origination to post-closing is needed
--- Superior written and verbal communications skills are required
--- 2+ years of experience of previous real estate mortgage loan processing, lending, or closing experience is preferred, experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services funding is suitable
--- Candidates must be proficient with MS Office, lending or title software, NMLS experience is desired
