Description:We are looking to add a professional, personable,
and passionate individual to our team as an IT Field Technician.
This position requires a highly flexible individual that loves
interacting with a variety of people and technologies on a daily
basis. Technicians are expected to field requests related to
standard and healthcare specific technology, project management,
privacy and compliance concerns, EHR systems, data center support,

that we serve.Salary: $55,000-65,000 DOELocations:We are looking
for candidates in or around:Portland, ORDuties and
Responsibilities:Provide on-site support to operating entities at
multiple geographic locationsSet up and maintain computers and
necessary peripheral devicesWhen necessary, perform password
resets, and track via our ticketing system.Install and configure
appropriate software according to the needs of the fieldMonitor and
maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance and
minimize down timeEnsure security and privacy of networks and
computer systemsProvide training and guidance to users on how to
operate software and computer equipmentOrganize and schedule
maintenance without deterring others from completing their
workDiagnose and resolve problems via thorough analysis and
troubleshooting. Exercise discretion and independent judgment to
implement solutionsDocument processes for repairs and fixes, to aid
in training and faster resolution for other techniciansIdentify
computer or network equipment shortages and report to leaders for
orderingIdentify and fix any under-utilization of IT resources, or
propose a plan to leadership for changesTrack issues to resolution
and update tickets as neededUpdate the field with issue resolutions
or ETRPerform work as requested by the IT Manager and other related
IT departments and field locationsWorking Conditions:Work in office
areas, basements, network rooms (MDF/IDF), Telco Rooms, and other
storage areasMoves intermittently and frequently during working
hoursHeavy local travel (75% plus). Drive distances up to 5 hours
as neededTravel by air monthly or when required, (50% or more).
Trip length of up to two weeks, as needed. Schedules are subject to
changesWorks beyond regular working hours daily on weekends and
holidays, only when necessary.Subject to call-back during emergency
conditions (e.g., severe weather, evacuation, post-disaster,
etc.)PM22Requirements:Minimum Requirements:Associates degree or
equivalent work experience in the field of ITCustomer service and
performance drivenKnowledge of Windows troubleshooting, network
basics, Citrix, Active Directory, Cloud, and Microsoft
applicationsAble to read, write, speak, and understand the English
languagePossess the ability to make independent decisions and
exercise discretion and judgmentPossess the ability to interact
respectfully and professionally with personnel, residents,
visitors, and the general public. Able to be calm and level-headed
in emergenciesWell groomed, professionally dressed, professional
demeanor, and possess the ability to work harmoniously with others
inside and outside the departmentWilling and able to seek out new
skills and techniques to increase proficiency and to incorporate
them into existing practicesKnowledgeable in the use of computers,
networks, e-mail, spreadsheets, and document word processingA
preferred candidate will possess some or all of the
following:Current CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+
certificationAzure or other MCSE certificationExperience with Cisco
