The team is a creative hub for brand guidelines, video production & photography services, graphic design, 3D modeling & animation, and basic web and mobile app management. The Production Assistant is an expert resource in our production equipment and studio spaces. The person in this role will maintain and troubleshoot the production equipment, transfer and organize files, and support the team to maximize efficiency, readiness, and production safety. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with video production technology who can build, operate, and troubleshoot video equipment systems, and maintain studio facilities with the highest attention to detail.In this position you will have the opportunity to::Assist in the purchase, organization, and maintenance of video production equipmentExecute projects and regular maintenance tasks to ensure NLC Creative facilities operate properlyResearch studio and equipment improvements to ensure our production practices are up-to-date and efficientManage studio calendars and oversee in-studio eventsMaintain KOSA studio and the effectiveness of its equipmentPerform regular safety checks on studios, facilities, and any at-risk equipmentTroubleshoot technology issues within the Creative & Marketing department to return equipment to functioning orderExecute server organization tasks to improve server usage and data securityAssist Creative team members by communicating proper usage of production equipment, helping to find and safely use what is needed for our contentCommit to continual self-improvement and lifelong learning; and ensuring the success of other Eagles and the organization, in accordance with NLC's mission, ethos, and valuesRequired Education & Experience::Bachelor's degree in media production or related field, or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degreeMinimum of 2 years' experience working with media production equipment and related technologiesFAA UAS Remote Pilot License preferredAerial Lift Operation/Rescue certification preferredExperience with Blackmagic Design products, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mac/Windows operating systems preferredSalary:$20.28-$22.33 Hourly, DOEHow to Apply?:Visit or click the apply button.
