In this role, you will also help with enforcing inventory control initiatives, have the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment and will participate in continuing to improve efficiencies and processes as needed.Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Place orders and provide tracking to 100+ retail locations and/or place opening orders through the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure on time delivery per the Service Level Agreement Backorder management Manage formulary change requests Transaction management reconciliation Attend cross functional meetings for new openings and advise on order status and risk Update project tracking software; key dates and milestones Track replenishment/opening orders and provide status updates Test new items/location set-up within ERP system to ensure they are ready or launch and working as expected Collaborate with Accounting on accounts payable and order exceptions audit support Communicate regularly with vendors and national field operations team on inventory needs Minimum Requirements2+ years' experience in purchasing and vendor managementPreferred QualificationsSolid analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel (Practical Applications) Skills Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, OutlookExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to quickly re-prioritize while still meeting deadlines Self-motivated and self-managed; able to think independently Ability to master new and available system applications Flexible and works well in ever-changing environment> Education RequirementsHigh School DiplomaPetIQ is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
