Our ServiceSpecialist will provide high levels of customer service and recognize sales opportunities by assisting members with their financial transactions. This team member will provide an outstanding sales and service experience at our dynamic Member Convenience Center located in Meridian, Idaho.Responsibilities include providing immediate service by welcoming members and guests upon branch entrance and actively listening and responding to member's needs. Our ServiceSpecialist will serve as back up for new accounts and loan applications while educating members on all Credit Union products and services.CapEd is a growing Credit Union with strong roots in Idaho. We were founded in 1936 by a group of area educators who were looking to secure financial services for those working in the educational industry.
