Ground floor opportunity!Want to be a part of a growing modern business that will disrupt the Delivery/Restaurant model?Great growth opportunity for motivated team players!LOCATION Crave Delivery Corporate Offices located right off the Ten Mile exit in Meridian, Idaho.Responsibilities* Work in Figma to deliver elegant solutions to prioritized issues* Design prototypes, user flows, and high fidelity designs for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps, etc.* Use brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce Crave's style, or voice, through its visual touchpoints* Collaborate with Crave's development team to integrate custom, unique design ideas into the brand ecosystem* Create and manipulate assets that are seamlessly responsive to various devices * Pitch creative and innovative ideas to colleagues throughout Crave* Keeping user experience at the forefront, consider how design can influence more successful marketing and promotional campaigns* Maintain composure in a rapidly evolving professional environment - be ready to pivot projects and strategy based on day-to-day workflow and prioritiesCRAVE DELIVERY CULTURECrave is a hospitality company that brings together a carefully curated selection of restaurants in newly built customized Crave Collectives, providing the real estate, marketing, ordering, and delivery platform to expand our restaurant partners' success into additional markets throughout the United States. Our proprietary software platform, together with a fleet of uniformed and dedicated mobile servers, provide consumers with a unique opportunity to select food from multiple award-winning restaurants to enjoy in the comfort of their own home.RequirementsREQUIREMENTS * 3-5 years of experience at a consumer startup* A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in typography, ideation interaction, and visual design* Have basic coding knowledge so you can communicate effectively with our developers* Strong problem-solving skills* Proficient in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (include projects from these platforms in your portfolio)* Compassion and confidence in regards to giving and receiving feedback* Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in at any stage of a project * Experience working with and contributing to a design system/pattern libraryBenefitsWe do not currently have a comprehensive benefits package though it is currently in the works. This position will be benefit eligible once that plan is offered in the coming months.
