Position SummaryThe Enterprise Application Administrator role at Jacksons Food Stores entails coordination with a diverse set of functional areas across multiple business units. The ideal candidate has a penchant for building relationships, continuous improvement, and big picture strategic awareness. Enterprise Application Administrators are responsible for a wide variety of solutions in support of our corporate back office functions, food stores, fuel delivery, merchandise distribution and charter jet operations in several states.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take ownership of availability, stability, and security for each application in the portfolio
• Implement configuration changes and customizations
• Keep applications current with patches and major releases
• Manage product add-ons
• Manage vendor relationships
• Clearly define scope, goals, and milestones for continuous application maturity
• Provide training and support to application end users
• Create application job aids and policy guides as necessary
• Build relationships with application stakeholders and establish feature roadmaps
• Evaluate new enterprise solutions
• Maintain and regularly communicate project status
• Resolve project impediments and escalate risks when necessary
• Participate in Change Management discussions
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives
  Required Skills
  • 2 years of experience in an Application Administrator role with ServiceNow and the Atlassian stack
  • 1 year of experience with ServiceNow or Atlassian scripting
  • Understanding of Agile principles (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (preferably Jira)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent writing and meeting facilitation skills
  • Able to motivate others and foster accountability within teams and with stakeholders
  • Capable of building consensus among leaders and individual contributors
    Desirable Skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or some technical field of study
    • Certifications related to ServiceNow and the Atlassian stack
    • Familiarity with some of the following solutions: SharePoint, Dayforce, ProCore, TotalFBO, JustFoods, Yardi, Corridor, PDI, FuelMaster
    • Experience with automated testing of ServiceNow customizations
    • Understanding of IT infrastructure, software and operations concepts and practices
    • Prior experience as a Scrum Master or other Agile leader
