Responsibilities:
--- Communicate with clients throughout the course of their case
--- Manage a team and your assigned cases
--- Collaborate with team, including other assistants and attorneys to ensure top-notch client representation
--- Conduct depositions
--- Negotiate settlements
--- Well-versed in Idaho law, torts, SOLs
--- Draft, review, and modify legal documents
--- Conduct legal research and gather relevant evidence

Qualifications:
Requirements/License/Certification:
--- Idaho Bar License (required)
--- Idaho lawyer with 5-10 years of civil litigation experience
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
