Job Description:
Our client, a leader in the technology manufacturing industry,
is seeking a dedicated Technical Writer to join their team. As a
Technical Writer, you will be an integral part of the Workforce
Development department supporting training and documentation
initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
to documentation management, which will align successfully within
the organization. Job Title: Technical Writer Location: Boise, ID
Pay Range: $35.98 Shift: Day - Mon to Fri - 8 Hours What's the Job?
Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and
clarity. Manage documentation systems and support the learning
management system (LMS). Create, edit, and archive documents,
graphics, and images using appropriate standards and software.
Support training initiatives by maintaining training records,
materials, and certifications. Extract, analyze, and report data to
support organizational decision-making processes. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 5
years of experience in technical documentation. 3 years of
experience supporting workforce development or training programs.
Proficiency with advanced documentation authoring software (e.g.,
MadCap Flare, FrameMaker). Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and managing SharePoint libraries. What's
