About the Opportunity A successful candidate will be someone who has technical aptitude and is enthusiastic about joining our IT team. As a Ultimus Low-Code Developer, you will utilize your expertise to create, customize, and maintain software that analyzes our business processes in order to make process improvements throughout our organization. Duties and Responsibilities * Create formal process documentation for the organization. * Analyze existing process flows and systems. * Utilizing expertise to streamline current processes and provide the necessary tools and software to enhance efficiency. * Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel to facilitate timely problem resolution while developing and maintaining a good working rapport. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. * Understanding of Business Process Management principles and relevant work experience. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Project management experience to coordinate program designs to improve business processes. * Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Understanding of SDLC principles Preferred * Experience with Ultimus BPM * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server * Experience developing web services Additional Information We are committed to providing a competitive Total Rewards Package that meets our employee's needs.
