billion by 2030. Crave Solution: Vertical Integration: Ghost
Day to Day: Work with Chef de Cuisine over the concept you are
most passionate about. We will have Asian, Pastry, Dessert, Pasta,
Fried Chicken, Sushi, and more!
ENSURE: Sanitation / food quality / food consistency / maintain
concepts standards / follow all recipes and menu items to specs
(about 24) / follow all presentations / Crave policies / Crave
standards / follow all recipes and cooking techniques / work as a
team to execute the vision of Crave & participating Chefs /
work clean and organized
SHORT TERM GOALS: open Ten Mile location in the fall of
