rehabilitation services. Role Description We are seeking a
full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Caldwell,
Idaho location. In this on-site role, you will evaluate and treat
patients with a variety of conditions, design personalized
rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to ensure quality outcomes. Daily tasks include
patient assessments, hands-on therapy, documentation, and creating
effective treatment strategies to restore function and mobility.
You will also educate patients on preventive care and guide them in
their journey toward recovery. Qualifications Expertise in Physical
Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques Strong skills in Patient Care
and comprehensive medical assessments Knowledge of Medicine and its
application in therapeutic contexts Experience in Home Care and
adapting therapy plans for diverse environments Active state
licensure as a Physical Therapist Strong organizational and
communication skills Ability to build rapport with patients to
encourage their engagement in therapy A commitment to professional
growth and adherence to best practices Master’s or Doctorate degree
in Physical Therapy Experience in outpatient settings is a plus
