Job Description:

Resource Float RN position requires a dynamic and resilient nurse
who can adapt to various departments, bringing skilled nursing care
to a diverse patient population. By floating across multiple units,
you offer vital support, ensuring high standards of care continuity
and efficiency in different clinical settings within our hospitals
in Idaho and Oregon. Provide adaptable, high-quality nursing care
to patients in various units. Ensure the continuity of care and the
smooth operation of the department by effectively managing
caseloads across different settings. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to create patient-centered care plans.
Participate in patient assessments, administering treatments and
monitoring recovery. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and healthcare management within their homes.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare
regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills across various
hospital departments. Excellent adaptability to new environments
and challenges. Effective communication skills both verbal and
written. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho or Oregon. Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
