Job Description:
Hiring a full-time LPN or RN Charge Nurse for day shifts
(6a-6:30p) at a care center in West Fargo, ND.
12-hour shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation,
totaling 72 hours per pay period.
$2/hour weekend shift differential added to base pay.

Provides high-quality nursing care, including assessments,
medication administration, and care plan updates, in compliance
with regulations.
Supervises staff, ensures staffing levels, and maintains
documentation.
Communicates with residents, families, and healthcare providers,
and participates in staff training.
Must hold an active ND LPN or RN license (or obtain upon hire).
Experience in long-term care preferred.
Performs additional tasks as needed, adhering to policies and
ensuring resident safety and well-being.
