Internal Medicine Opportunity - Caldwell, ID at Trinity Health summary: Saint Alphonsus Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join its Caldwell Health Plaza, set to open in 2025. The facility, spanning over 45,000 square feet, will provide a wide array of comprehensive healthcare services for families, including urgent care, family medicine, and various specialties. Ideal candidates will possess an MD or DO degree and demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care. Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multi-specialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join an established group of providers in a brand-new, 45,000+ square foot facility opening in 2025. We are seeking multiple new physicians for this location. We would welcome residents who are training together currently and would like to continue to practice together! Saint Alphonsus Caldwell Health Plaza will serve the community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment, located directly off I-84. With comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family, it will offer a multitude of services in one convenient location including: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray and Pharmacy. Practice Summary:

• Location: Caldwell Health Plaza (Opening 2025)
• Status : Full-Time or Part-Time
• Schedule : For full-time - 34 patient contact hrs, with option for 4 or 5 day work week.
• Call : Practice call shared with other eligible providers (Appx 1:30). Requirements :
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
  • Successful completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program;
  • Ability to obtain: Idaho medical license, registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA (controlled substances), privileges at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center;
