About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Adult & Adolescent Unit as a day shift nurse. As a key member of our team, you will conduct patient assessments and provide nursing interventions to patients while maintaining a safe and efficient working and treatment environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide nursing interventions and education to patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe, quality patient care
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiativesRequirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience preferred
