Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICUSt. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Meridian, Idaho.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.Requirements
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Idaho.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting.
