  - Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:5 occasional 1:6-very rarely happens
  - Required certifications: BLS, EKG certification
  - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Total joints, ortho-hip fx, spine surgeries-lumbar and cervical; Urology procedures, CBI;
  General surgeries- choles, bowel resections, complicated mastectomies; GYN overflow-total hysters; Medical overflow-COPD, some
  behavioral health, sepsis, infections.
  - Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 2 years of MedSurg experience. Must have EPIC experience. Must be able to read and
  interpret tele.
