Duties: Locum treating both Oncology and Hematology patients and administering medication
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm (no call)
Certifications: Board Certified Medical Oncology or Medical Oncology/Hematology
EMR: Epic
CPR: BLS
Licensure: ID license and CSR, DEA
COVID Vaccination: required
Credentialing: 30-60 days
