The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community recognized by U.S. News & World Report in their Best Senior Living Awards for is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for its Assisted Living/Memory Support team. Night Shift (6pm-6am): Part-time (2 shifts/week) or Full-time (3 Shifts/week) $27-$35+/hr. (DOE) Shift Diff for Night Shift $3,000 Sign-on Bonus for New Part-time and Full-time LPNs Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm; develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. To be successful in the role, you would have: Current LPN/LVN license in the state for which applying Current CPR certification Prior nursing experience in senior care preferred What's in it for you?
