We are seeking to hire an RN or LPN for our Family Practice clinic at our Meridian Health Plaza location. As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information. Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player. About This Position: Located on West Cherry Lane just east of Ten Mile Road, the Meridian Health Plaza offers family medicine and urgent care services to accommodate family medical needs. This is an 8 to 5, Monday through Friday position, although the schedule may be adjusted slightly depending on need. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE RN: General Requirements:

• Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred. Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred. License/Certification:
    • Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
    • Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting
    • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire LPN: General Requirements:
      • Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred. License/Certification:
        • Licensed in State of Idaho as an Practical Nurse (LPN) and as defined by the State Board of Nursing.
        • Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting
