We truly find joy through service.We are currently seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Home Health team. The candidate will be responsible for helping physical therapists provide physical therapy treatments while working with patients and their families to manage pain, improve mobility and strengthen their physical bodies. Responsibilities:

• Help patients learn to move, eat, and operate with functional ease and comfort.
• Be able to assist patients with daily living activities.
• Help patients in and out of bed, chairs, and other surfaces.
• Monitor patient vital signs as required.
• Attend to patient comfort level in order to make experience as pleasant as possible.
• Create customized home routines for patient.Requirements: Medical specialties:
