POSITION: RN Registered Nurse - Urgent CareLOCATION: MeridianSTATUS: Full Time / Night ShiftSaltzer Health is currently looking for qualified RN's to join our team in caring for the community through patient centered care, innovation and transparency in a new and exciting Urgent Care facility located at 10 Mile in Meridian. We are looking for professional, motivated team players who are excited to provide exceptional patient care with an emphasis on innovation, advanced technology and hard work while having fun. Responsibilities and Duties:The RN will be responsible for departmental flow and patient care/experience whenever there is not a Lead RN on duty. They will handle patient calls and delegate to the provider as needed. Strong IV skills are necessary as resources will be limited. Our RN's will be versatile in their role to assist in all areas within their scope of practice that facilitates patient care. These duties may include registering patients, performing triage, POCT, room cleaning, phlebotomy, EKG's, uncomplicated X-rays post training, identify patient needs and determine priority of care through a rapid triage and assessment. Locations will include, Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell.Requirements* Idaho RN license* BLS preferred* One-year RN experience with critical care preferred * Excellent IV skills. * Strong overall skill set* Able to work independently with a provider* Great communication skills, both in person and on the phone* Forward thinking with an emphasis on innovation and patient centered care * Ability to multitask* Triage skills* Values teamwork and being an integral part of the care team* Ability to work hard under stressful conditions while having fun with their team* Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment* Kind, courteous and considerate to patients and all staff* Able to pass background and drug testQualifications And Skills* ASN or BSN * Idaho RN license* BLS/ACLS preferred* One year of ER or Urgent Care RN experience preferredBenefits* Signing Bonus* Competitive salary/compensation * Comprehensive benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay and 401(k)Powered by JazzHR78TkwCUfMC
