ESI's Project Manager is the steward of individual projects and
bears the ultimate responsibility for their success or failure.

and follow up to ensure projects are completed on time, within
budget, and according to specifications and quality standards. They

transparency and ethics. They are the public face and agents of

their personal experience, commitment to integrity, and
service-oriented mindset, they're able to create, strengthen, and
maintain relationships with clients, trades, and other ESI team
3-7 years experience working with: USACE/AFB/Government
Construction Projects or Government Agencies

Bachelors of Science in Construction Management or Engineering.
Has at least five (5) years of industry experience.
Can successfully manage multiple Federal projects simultaneously
with contract values ranging from $1M to $15M each, or individual
complex projects ranging from $10M to $40M.
Track record of on-time, within-budget, quality construction
Ability to manage a team of people to achieve specific project
requirements, including Project Engineers, Project Administrators,
and Project Coordinators.
Extensive knowledge of building construction, materials, means and
methods, scheduling, project accounting and cost control
procedures, general contract structure, general conditions,
subcontract documents, construction drawings and
Confidence in navigating and understanding prime contracts.
Can effectively search, navigate, and interpret contract documents
(plans, specifications, RFI's, ASI's, CCD's, etc.).
Adept at managing project documentation, including RFI's,
submittals, plan changes (ASI's, CCD's, etc.).
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite programs; specifically Word,
Excel, Outlook, and Project.
Proficient in scheduling and tracking software tools such as MS
Project or P6
Possesses organizational skills and is detail-oriented.
Strong management and interpersonal skills.
Able to delegate tasks and follow up to assure successful
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to comprehend, simplify, and convey complex ideas clearly
Skilled at problem solving; resilient and determined to find or
Works independently with minimal supervision and limited
Exhibits high emotional intelligence.
Demonstrated history of excellent customer service.
Current safety certifications, including OSHA 10- or 30-hour.
SWPPP certification (desired).
This position is based in Meridian, ID, with periodic travel to
projects across the Western United States.
