In this position you will: --- Develop a solid and trusting relationship with major clients --- Drive growth and achieve retention and sales targets --- Work with the onboarding specialist to understand client goals and setup their account --- Manage campaign operations & strategy --- Educate your client base on social media marketing, industry reports, & best practices --- Be continuously learning to stay current on digital marketing trends & technological updates --- Identify opportunities for additional products/services, articulate their value, expand existing relationships, and bring in new clients --- Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, developers, agency partners, and creative to achieve client business goals --- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training Skills & Requirements: --- Minimum 3 years previous experience in sales, consulting, account management, marketing, or relevant work experience --- BA/BS degree in a related field and general business acumen --- Self-motivation and a competitive "fire" --- Experience communicating and presenting effectively using email, phone, text, live chat, & video conferencing --- Emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, high energy, attention to detail, strong follow through & passion for contributing to growth! --- Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize & prioritize a large portfolio of clients --- Strong computer skills & confidence in learning new programs --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person --- Ability/willingness to travel occasionally --- A positive, solution-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric attitude --- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales/marketing goals --- Experience advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google, or LinkedIn Bonus points for: --- Experience working at a marketing agency or start-up --- SEM/SEO/PPC competencies --- Experience in recruiting or franchising industries --- Copywriting experience --- Competencies using CRMs, Zapier, or Adobe
