We are seeking a Revit/CAD Designer (Lead or Senior) to support a variety of Structural Engineering projects, primarily focusing on Water-Wastewater Facilities and Systems, including Structural, Building/Architectural, and Process Mechanical. The Designer will work directly with Engineers, other Designers, and Survey Teams throughout the company and perform a variety of technical duties to assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of structural engineering drawings. While applying technical knowledge and skills, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to: - Participate in collaborative design process from concept through construction documents. - Provide Revit modeling and CAD drafting support to the Structural Team. - Develop and manage 3D models within Revit and coordinate model with other project team disciplines. - Prepare project drawings and construction documents in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. - Set up project structure, directories, schedules, and libraries for BIM projects. - Create and maintain templates, workspaces, and workflows to manage the information contained within models and drawings. - Work with BIM/CAD Managers and Structural Engineers to create and document Revit content (Families, Libraries, Details, Etc.) and BIM Standards in accordance with the Company CAD Standards. - Perform training of other technical staff on BIM Standards, tools, requirements, and procedures to carry out designated workflows and manage the tools and processes required to support them. - Assist IT to help troubleshoot software issues. - Work in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:
Qualifications: - 5 years of experience performing above or related duties and/or a 2 year Associate degree in CADD or Advanced Level Certificate. - Extensive knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD and ability to provide CAD support. - Working knowledge of BIM360. - Effective communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Salary Range: $30-$42 an hour/as determined by experience.
