Greet visitors, receive incoming phone calls and provide callers
with information and/or route calls to appropriate personnel.
Receive deliveries and incoming mail, open and route mail to
appropriate parties and assist with outgoing mail. Type
correspondence as requested. Assist all departments with file
preparation and filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry as
requested. Maintain the professional appearance of the reception
area, conference room, and kitchen; stock paper in main copiers
each morning. File ACC plan approvals and inspection forms. Issue
or terminate community center and pool access key cards for
homeowners. Coordinate the community center reservation log;
distribute deposit refunds in a timely manner after facility has
been inspected. Please note this is not an entry level position.
This position requires two or more years administrative experience
in an office environment. Excellent oral and written communication
and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office,
including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in database entry
programs a plus. Ability to solve problems and multi-task. Provide
a superior customer experience through clear communication and
timely responsiveness. Professional demeanor and image required. We
