Job Description:

Position DescriptionPRIMARY PURPOSE: Manage & lead the Shared Services team, with a primary focus around the Cash Application & Disputes teams. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: include the following, and other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Lead, motivate, and guide the members of our Shared Services teams to the highest level of performance.
• Promote and maintain an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork and collaboration.
• Work closely with the Senior Director of Shared Services to define and monitor KPI's of the Share Services teams, with a primary focus around the Cash Applications and Disputes teams.
• Process payroll and maintain all attendance records to ensure compliance with USS policy. Confidentiality and HR compliance must be maintained at all times.
• Assist in the on boarding of new Shared Services Associates.
• Support team with special projects and workflow process improvements.
• Lead on-going ERP transformation work streams to ensure business requirements are met & adhered toRequirementsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree (B.A) from a four year college or two to five years of related experience and/or training; Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience. Additional requirements include: Strong understanding of the Company's equipment, products, and services; strong oral and written communication skills; computer knowledge (Microsoft Office); well organized & ability to work under timelines & constraints; analytical, process oriented, and ability to focus on details for long periods of time.
