Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join their team. As a Payroll Accountant, you will be an integral part of the payroll department supporting the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within the organization. Job Title: Payroll Accountant Location: Boise, ID Pay Range: $42.51 hourly Shift: Mon to Fri - 8 Hours What's the Job? Generate company payroll, including labor distribution records, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime, and withholding status. Ensure compliance with all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding, and employer contributions. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audit purposes. Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness. Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve issues efficiently. What's Needed? 5 or more years of experience in payroll or related financial roles. Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Bachelor's Degree Proficiency with Workday, SAP payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. What's in it for me?
