Technical Enablement and Delivery team is driving the enterprise’s
digital transformation through advanced AI solutions. We operate
within a dynamic agile framework, collaborating across global teams
to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative AI systems that adhere
to Micron’s “Secure by Design” standards. Position Overview: As an
AI Engineer, you will design, implement, and deploy AI solutions
that enhance operational efficiency—ranging from predictive
maintenance systems to semantic search applications. This role
requires strong technical expertise, collaboration across time
zones, and a commitment to building robust, production-ready AI
systems. Responsibilities : • Develop production-ready code in
Python and TypeScript for AI applications, including data
pipelines, LLM interaction modules, and user interfaces. • Optimize
AI performance by refining prompt strategies and model
configurations; validate outputs with data scientists for accuracy
and efficiency. • Integrate enterprise data securely by connecting
AI models with existing workflows through APIs. • Ensure security
by implementing unit/integration tests, automated security
scanning, and enforcing secure coding practices. • Collaborate in
agile teams, document technical designs, and facilitate knowledge
transfer; mentor engineers and contribute to reusable libraries and
standardized AI development practices. Minimum Qualifications: •
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or
equivalent professional experience. • 2–5 years in software
development, including at least 1 year working with large language
models or generative AI APIs. • Advanced skills in Python, SQL, and
RESTful API development; familiarity with AI orchestration
frameworks is advantageous. • Knowledge of secure coding principles
(e.g., OWASP Top 10) and demonstrated application of these
standards. • Effective communication and collaboration in a
multicultural, fast-paced agile environment. Preferred
Qualifications: • Experience deploying AI systems at production
scale. • Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and cloud-based AI
services. • Participation in open-source AI projects or hackathons,
reflecting a commitment to AI innovation.
