Tail) Health/Dental/Vision Retirement (403b) Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650 provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to work full-time at its W. Emerald clinic. Saint Alphonsus Medical Group W. Emerald is a busy, well-established practice located near the main hospital campus of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. SAMG W. Emerald has long established providers dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients. The clinic also includes an on-site Urgent Care, Orthopedic Urgent Care, digital x-ray and laboratory. The clinic utilizes the Epic® for Electronic Medical Record and Computerized Order Entry. Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) ( or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment ) Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA Community: Boise, Idaho's Capital City anchors a vibrant and growing mid-sized metropolitan area of 760,000 people.
