Job Description:

enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThis role manages the
professional, technical, administrative, and interpersonal
activities of the global support center, document processing, cash
receipts, procure to pay accounting support, and other assigned
processes. As a member of the Enterprise Solutions leadership team,
participate in the creation of an Enterprise Solutions/Customer
support strategy, road map, and strong service level commitments to
ensure high levels of customer services are met for internal and
external customers. Have a relentless focus on continuous
improvement and removes non-value-added activities to ensure a
seamless and simple customer interaction. This role will also
fulfill case management and ad hoc requests from the broader
organization as needed.Key Responsibilities--Communications:
Champions clear communications with team members, upper management,
stakeholders, and up and down stream process owners/contributors.
Promptly elevates significant issues for visibility and
resolution.Innovation: Identify, develop, and implement process
improvement solutions by analyzing existing processes and
recommending solutions and new technologies to close gaps and
improve efficiencies. Develop business case & timelines for
proposed projects with high level statements of work, task
definitions & dependencies, resource requirements, complete
schedules & budgets. Manage approved initiatives by directing &
coordinating the implementation team and maintain effective
relationships with IT technical expertise to ensure thorough
analysis, development, and implementation of
software/hardware.Internal Controls: Maintains awareness of
internal controls, tests processes to verify control effectiveness,
and initiates corrective actions to strengthen controls when
needed. Maintains awareness of, and ensures compliance with,
applicable policies, rules, regulations, and laws.Relationships:
Works effectively with internal and external stakeholders to
fulfill performance, compliance, productivity, and customer service
expectations. Leverages internal resource skills and expertise.
Takes ownership of customer issues/inquiries and ensures they are
resolved in a timely manner.Development: Motivates, develops, and
manages performance of individuals and teams. Aligns department and
individual contributor goals to those of the
organization.Measurement: Defines, implements, monitors, and
responds to targeted performance measurements and productivity
metrics that accurately assess the effectiveness of key department
activities.Management: Plan, organize, direct, and facilitate
successful completion of assigned support activities in accordance
with sound business practices, known customer requirements,
negotiated service level agreements, applicable internal controls,
JRS policies, and guiding Enterprise Services objectives. Maximizes
synergies between people, process, and technology to ensure the
consistent delivery of accurate, timely, and responsive support
services; compliant with all applicable regulatory agencies and
laws.Typical EducationBachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year
college or universityRelevant ExperienceRequired
