The Conductor of Transformation:
Take the helm in directing cross-functional teams through complex
HR projects from ideation to execution.
Craft strategic roadmaps that align with organizational goals,
allocating resources judiciously.
Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring
clear communication and expectation management.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, navigating obstacles with
strategic foresight.
Champion change management initiatives, facilitating seamless
organizational transitions.
Optimize resource utilization, including vendors, budgets, and
talent, to maximize project impact.
Advocate for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to
refine processes and enhance operational resilience.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Project Management, or a related
field (advanced degrees/certifications are a plus).
5+ years of project management experience, delivering complex
technology, process optimization, and change programs.
Proven expertise in orchestrating multifaceted projects within
timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling
effective collaboration across global teams.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
(Smartsheet, Jira, BlueWorks Live preferred).
Superb problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen
eye for strategic analysis and resource optimization.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors
including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and
specific location. As required by the Colorado, California,
Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay
range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $70,000 - 75,000.
